- Bereid je goed. Op de website van Mantotman.nl vind je meer informatie en video’s over verschillende manieren om PrEP te slikken, mogelijke bijwerkingen en soa- en nierfunctiecontroles.
- Vul vooraf de digitale vragenlijst in. In de afspraakbevestiging die je per sms hebt gekregen staat de link naar de vragenlijst.
- Neem de volgende gegevens mee naar de afspraak:
- Identiteitsbewijs
- Contactgegevens van huisarts en apotheek
- Hepatitis B vaccinatieoverzicht
- Medicatie overzicht.
- Voor de PrEP tabletten krijg je van de GGD een recept mee. Deze moet inleveren bij een apotheek. De prijs kan variëren van €12,50 – €60,- per doosje. De kosten voor de pillen verschillen per merk en apotheek. Je kunt de goedkoopste aanbieder vinden via de website PrEPnu.

- Prepare well. On the Mantotman.nl website you will find more information and videos about different ways to take PrEP, possible side effects and STI and kidney function tests.
- Complete the digital questionnaire in advance. The appointment confirmation you received by text message contains the link to the questionnaire.
- Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- ID card including dutch BSN
- Contact information of your GP (huisarts) and pharmacy
- Hepatitis B vaccination summary
- Medication overview.
- For the PrEP tablets, the GGD will give you a prescription. You must hand these in at a pharmacy. The price can vary from €12.50 – €60 per box. The cost of the pills varies by brand and pharmacy. You can find the cheapest provider via the website PrEPnu.
